Considered by her peers as one of the most talented stylists in the Triangle area, Kim has received numerous industry awards and recognitions to back that up. Kim was honored by L'oreal Professional in 2001 when placing 3rd out of 400 in the L'oreal Look of the Year Photography contest. Kim is the preferred hairdresser of News Channel 11 anchors Steve Daniels, Angela Hampton, Tim Nelson, Dianne Wilson, and many other staff members of WTVD, the ABC affiliate in Raleigh. Kim is also the preferred hairdresser/make up artist for WTVD on all promotional shoots.
