Why the name Salon Kroma?

"Chroma" is a Latin derived word meaning color! We choose the name "Chroma" because color & highlights is our specialty. Owner, Kim Jordan, who has 16 years experience in color and corrective color, changed to "Kroma" to use the K from her name and to help give Kroma a style of it's own. At Salon Kroma, we understand color; the amount of colors used is only as great as the color choice and placement. Our staff is committed to continuing our education to bring you, not only the best in hair color, but all of your hair care needs!

The Kroma slogan is "Where Education and Creativity Meet" This slogan fits us perfecting because it best describes our mission of continued education and creative practice with the industries most popular, trendy and classic hair designs. At Salon Kroma, all stylists go through continuing education on a monthly basis. Salon Kroma believes that a Salon is only as good as our last client's hair cut or color, therefore we treat every client as if they are the only client Salon Kroma works with. Salon Kroma is dedicated to helping you, the client, look good and feel good. We will achieve this by consistently seeking advanced training to bring you the latest trends or the best classics.

Our Policies

Salon Guarantee - Salon Kroma is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your services, simply contact our guest relations and we will arrange for you to come back in. We ask that you call us within 14 days of your original appointment.

Reservations - To ensure stylist's availability we recommend you pre book your next appointment. Although we know unforeseen circumstances may arise that would prohibit you from giving us proper notification for missing appointments, 24 hours notice of appointment changes is requested. Please allow us to reserve all visits services with a credit card.

Guest Cancellation - We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a 25% fee. No shows will be charged a 50% fee.

Hair Salon Gift Certificates - Gift Certificates from Salon Kroma are the perfect gift and are available for any services, combination of services, packages, or for any dollar amount $25 or more. Gift certificates are non-refundable for cash. Salon Kroma is not responsible for loss or theft of gift certificates.
